Frequently asked questions

Is this JPG to PDF converter free and private?

Yes. The PDF is made inside your browser, so your JPG images are never uploaded to a server. Our server only records how many were converted, along with your network address, so that the daily limit can be applied.

Will my JPG photos lose quality in the PDF?

Pictures are stored as JPEG inside the PDF at the quality you choose (85% by default). At 85 to 90% the difference is very hard to see. Choose 100% and the Original image size if you want the best possible quality.

Can I turn scanned pages into one PDF document?

Yes. Add the JPG scans, put them in order with the arrow buttons and choose A4 or US Letter for printable pages. "Fit to image" keeps each scan exactly as it is.

Can I combine several JPG images into one PDF?

Yes. Add up to 50 JPG images at a time, put them in order with the arrow buttons, and they become the pages of one PDF. You can also make a separate PDF for each picture instead.

How do I make my JPG PDF smaller?

Lower the quality or choose a smaller image size before you press Create PDF. A quality of 75 to 85% usually looks the same and gives a much smaller file.
